Oil-immersed Type Transformer
The oil immersed power transformer series products of our company use corrugated oil tanks instead of oil tanks with tube and plate radiators, which not only have good heat dissipation, light weight, and low oil consumption, but also can adjust the internal pressure of the transformer. The transformer body and transformer of the product are separated from the atmosphere to prevent the aging of transformer oil and maintenance free.
The distribution transformer is designed using CAD and its performance meets the standards of IEC60076, GB1094, and GB/T6451. The iron core of the distribution transformer is made of cold-rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheets, manufactured by an automatic production line using step lap technology. The oil tank of the distribution transformer is a corrugated oil tank, processed and manufactured by GEOGE's automatic oil tank production line in Germany. The surface pretreatment liquid and coating powder are both international brand products. The oil tank undergoes degreasing, acid washing, phosphating, electrophoresis pretreatment on the automatic production line, followed by powder spraying and high-temperature solidification. The transformer has strong corrosion resistance on the surface. The coil of the distribution transformer is wound with high-strength enameled wire (or paper wrapped wire), with uniform distribution of ampere turns, reasonable insulation structure, and strong short-circuit resistance. The distribution transformer body adopts a non hanging core structure, and the sealing components are made of high-quality acrylic rubber, which can effectively prevent photo aging and thermal aging.

Basic Structure
The oil-immersed transformer mainly consists of core, windings, oil tank, insulation bushings, radiators and other components. The core is usually made of laminated silicon steel sheets to reduce eddy current losses. The windings are wound with copper or aluminum wires and achieve voltage transformation through the principle of electromagnetic induction. The oil tank is used to hold the transformer oil, which plays the roles of insulation, cooling and heat dissipation.
Working Principle
It is based on the law of electromagnetic induction, and changes the magnitude of AC voltage through the turns ratio of the primary winding and the secondary winding. When the primary winding is connected to an AC power source, an alternating magnetic flux is generated in the core, thereby inducing a corresponding voltage in the secondary winding.
